MORE GOOD NEWS FOR CHICAGO HOUSING

Do we need a new leprechaun?  Maybe the old one is worn out–I am still glad to see him!  Don DeBat is another of my favorite real estate writers.  In a recent column in the Chicago Sun Times he gave a number of reasons for his feeling that Chicago was recovering from the recent housing debacle.  Some of the highlights are:
